Peter Chilibeck has been a qualified lawyer in Ontario, Canada since 1985, beginning his career in Toronto as an associate lawyer at Goodman & Goodman (now Goodmans LLP). He has advised on Board and shareholder matters, worked on significant global M&A projects during his career, and has significant experience in raising financing, launching IPO's, and negotiating banking arrangements. Peter offers legal services to supplement Llewellin Capital's consulting services.

From 1998 to 2000 Peter was an adjunct professor of Private International Business Law (international joint ventures and project financing) at Queen's University Law School. Together with Jim Goodfellow (Vice Chair of Deloitte & Touche Canada), he co-authored CEO & CFO Certification - Improving Transparency and Accountability, a Canadian Performance Reporting Board Discussion Brief published by​ The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA).

Peter is a corporate Director, and has been a regular speaker at securities and corporate law conferences. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of Alaska Energy Metals Corp. (formerly Millrock Resources), and has served as a Director of iWALKFree Inc., Alaska Energy Metals Corp., MEARIE (Municipal Electric Association Reciprocal Insurance Exchange), Chair of the Ontario Municipal Water Association, Chair of Lakefront Utility Services Inc., Vice Chair of Town of Cobourg Holdings Inc., Vice Chair of Northumberland Medical Arts Inc., and as an advisory member of the Facilities and Campus Development Committee of Northumberland Hills Hospital.
